Damage code	Cause	Remedy
	Malfunction of the navigation DVD caused by a non-updated navigation processor.	This complaint may not be claimed as a warranty or goodwill case.
	When a navigation DVD with new software version is inserted, the map is shown but is frozen in place.	Perform a complete update of the navigation processor, see: ↓
	The navigation announcements and the arrows in the instrument cluster are completely correct during destination-oriented navigation.	1 Insert navigation DVD with new software version.
		2 Park and lock vehicle.
		3 Wait until the instrument cluster shuts off. The CAN bus is then completely off (idle mode).
