Install rear-end window on body flange within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material before adhesive force of glue begins to decrease.

The height of the adhesive bead (1) is approx. 16 mm. The height of the adhesive bead (1) depends on the application nozzle (2).

Mask off threaded holes (4).
Only when splinter guard strip has been removed at top on roof.
Uniformly apply adhesive material to inner adhesive area at top (A) and to inner adhesive areas at side (B).
The inner side adhesive areas (B) are located between the rubber spacers (3).
Apply adhesive material uniformly in outer adhesive area (C).
Ensure that the adhesive bead (1) is applied continuously in the outer adhesive area (C) to prevent leaks.
