	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Removes strut tower brace	Model 164.8 only Remove strut tower brace from strut tower mounts.	AR62.30-P-2500GY
2	Remove engine trim panel	Model 164	AR01.10-P-2405GZB
		Model 251	AR01.10-P-2405RTB
3	Detach engine charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler (1) at the engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (3)	To prevent leaks in the engine, check sealing ring and safety clip for damage.
4	Remove bolt (5) on the retaining plate (4)
5	Remove retaining plate (4) towards the front
6	Remove bolt (7) on engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (3)		*BA09.41-P-1003-01J
7	Remove bolt (6)		*BA09.41-P-1002-01J
8	Pull out engine charge air cooler (3) downstream of the charge air cooler and remove
9	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10	Test run engine and check hose connections for leaks
