	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, tailgates or sliding roof.	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Remove/install front bumper	Only for model 164.822	AR88.20-P-2000GZ
2	Remove right engine intake air duct
3	Disconnect charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler (3) at charge air cooler	Check hose clamp (4) for damage, replace if necessary.	*BA09.41-P-1010-01J
4	Disconnect charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler (3) at engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler (1)	To prevent leaks, check sealing ring and safety clip (2) for damage.
5	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Test run engine and check hose connections for leaks
