	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

1	Removes strut tower brace	MODEL 164.8

		Remove strut tower brace from strut tower mounts.
2	Remove partition wall between wheel wells	MODEL 251

3	Remove engine cover	MODEL 164, 207, 212, 218, 251

		MODEL 251 Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.	AR01.10-P-2405RTB
4	Remove left-hand air filter housing	Model 251 with coolant cooled exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/9)	AR09.10-P-1150RTB

5	Carefully open cap for the coolant system	For a water-cooled exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/9)
6	Remove coolant hose on exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/9)	For a water-cooled exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/9) Collect flowing out coolant in a suitable container.
7	Disconnect electrical connection on left exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/9)
8	Remove screw/bolt (1)	Bolt, exhaust gas recirculation positioner to charge air distribution line	*BA14.20-P-1002-01G
9	Remove left exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/9) upwards
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Reset lambda values with diagnostic system	When replacing the exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/9)

12	Pour coolant into expansion reservoir

13	ENGINE TEST RUN	The cooling system is ventilated during the engine test run.
