	Remove/install
1	Perform enable for the high voltage on-board electrical system		AR54.10-P-1150GZH
2	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003GZ
3	Remove engine cover
4	Remove partition wall section on the right (1) and partition wall on the left (2)
5	Disconnect electrical connections (3)	Remove rear cable tie behind the strut mounting stay, front suspension brace (4).
6	Remove screw/bolts (5) and remove cover (6)
7	Remove screw/bolts (7) for high-voltage lines (8)	Bolt, 3-phase line on power electronics	*BA08.20-P-1010-01A
8	Remove ground line (9) and DC/DC converter mass, wheel arch at the front right (W3/9)	Bolt, ground line to power electronics	*BA08.20-P-1004-01A
		Nut, ground line on spring tower	*BA08.20-P-1009-01A
9	Remove current line (10) from power electronics control unit (N129/1)	Bolt, current line on power electronics	*BA08.20-P-1012-01A
10	Unclamp coolant lines (11) and remove from power electronics control unit (N129/1)	Seal connections. Check hose clamps for coolant lines (11); replace if necessary.

12	Unclip coolant lines (11) from bracket (13)
13	Remove air filter box (14)

16	Lift power electronics control unit (N129/1) with DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1) using the engine lifter
17	Disconnect electrical connection (17)
18	Remove power electronics control unit (N129/1) with DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1) using the engine lifter
19	Install in the reverse order
20	Add coolant and bleed cooling system and turn transmitter key for about 5 s in EZS control unit into position 1 and then turn key again into position 0		AR20.00-P-1142-04A
		Screw tester cap onto coolant expansion reservoir of power electronics control unit (N129/1). Repeat process after a waiting time of about 30 s twice in order to charge and bleed the low-temperature water circuit.
21	Carry out commissioning of the power electronics control unit (N1291) with DC/DC converter control unit (N831) using STAR DIAGNOSIS
