	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
1	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000GZ
2	Remove bolts (8, 9) from underride guard front part  (3) and remove underride guard front part (3)	Front bolts	*BA88.30-P-1006-01D
		Rear bolts Aid of helper required because the parts of the underride guard are very heavy. The shackles (6) must be pushed below the counterparts (arrows A) of the bumper. Installation on engine 629:  Align plastic tube (4b) and plastic connection piece (4a).	*BA88.30-P-1007-01D
3	Remove bolts (9) of underride guard rear part  (2), turn underride guard rear part (2) to the front and remove	Rear bolts Aid of helper required because the parts of the underride guard are very heavy. Insert hooks (7) in holes (arrows B) on front axle carrier. Installation on engine 629:  Align plastic tube (5b) and plastic connection piece (5a).	*BA88.30-P-1007-01D
4	Remove rear bolts of plastic bridge (1), remove plastic bridge (1)
5	Transfer plastic pieces (4a, 5a) if necessary	Only for engine 629.
6	Install in the reverse order
