	Remove
1	Remove cover for radio recess out of radio recess	The radio recess cover is only hooked into the radio recess and it can be removed from the outside. The radio recess cover is a discontinued part.
2	Remove glove box		AR68.10-P-1400GZ
3	Remove center section of dashboard	Do not disassemble center section of instrument panel.	AR68.10-P-1030GZ
4	Remove ashtray from front center console		AR68.20-P-2400GZ
	Install
5	Retrofit MediaNavigation Center adapter wiring harness (1)		AZ82.85-P-0006-02GZ
6	Retrofit MediaNavigation Center (1) connecting cable	Vehicles without code (518) Media Interface	AZ82.85-P-0006-05GZ
6	Retrofit MediaNavigation Center (1) connecting cable	Vehicles with code (518) Media Interface	AZ82.85-P-0006-05GZA
7	Connect MediaNavigation Center (1)		AZ82.85-P-0006-04GZ
8	Install MediaNavigation Center (1)	The MediaNavigation Center (1) is installed in the same manner as for the other audio equipment.	AR82.60-P-7502GZ

12	Update special equipment through VeDoc in the online vehicle data card	Delete: and depending on vehicle equipment Code (518) Media Interface Code (386) Comfort telephony code (527) COMAND APS with single DVD drive (with navigation system) Add: Code "77 o" Make sure here that the third digit must be the letter "o" for Oscar.
13	Connect Star Diagnosis
14	Perform variant coding with XENTRY using the software calibration number (SCN)	Log on MediaNavigation Center (1) through SCN coding in instrument cluster.
15	Conduct initial startup of MediaNavigation Center (1)		AZ00.01-P-1001-01GZ
16	Perform function test	See operating instructions for MediaNavigation Center (1). In vehicles without code (518) Media Interface, the AUX connection installed as standard is no longer functional. In vehicles with code (518) Media Interface, the media interface is no longer functional.
