	Replace
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
	Only replace the oil when the rear axle is at operating temperature.
1	Warm up vehicle	Warm up the vehicle until the oil in the rear axle has reached operating temperature.
2	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift	The vehicle must be horizontal.
	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000G
	Clean
3	Clean the area surrounding the filling screw and drain plug (1, 2)	Cleaner from package	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
	Removing
4	Remove filling screw (1) and then drain plug (2)	Drain the oil completely. Mobile used oil collector gotis://S_18.1_05.0
	Clean
5	Clean filler screw and drain plug (1, 2) along with the threaded holes in the rear axle housing	Cleaner from package	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
	Install
6	Screw in and tighten drain plug (2)	Oil drain screw to axle housing	*BA35.30-P-1001-02A
7	Pour in oil until it reaches lower edge of filler opening	Model 463.270/271 with rear axle 742.606: Use only Castrol SAF - XJ/SAE 75W-140.
		Filling capacity	*BF35.10-P-1001-01A
8	Screw in filling screw (2) and tighten	Oil filler screw to axle housing	*BA35.30-P-1002-02A
