Remove and install DC/AC converter control unit - AR54.21-P-1600GP

MODEL 463.237 /271 with CODE (494) USA version with CODE (XY9) Change year 2009 115V socket

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Move front seat to foremost and uppermost position    
2 Remove rear bolts connecting seat rails to mounting console   AR91.10-P-1000GN
3 Unclip rear cover (1) from plate (2)    
4 Move the front seat into the rearmost position    
5 Remove front bolts connecting seat rails to mounting console   AR91.10-P-1000GN
6 Move front seat to lowermost position and move front seat backrest to front    
7 Fold front seat backwards IMPORTANT Do not  disconnect electrical connectors from front seat.  
8 Unclip front cover (1) from plate (2)    
9 Take off cover (1)    
10 Unscrew nuts of plate (2) from frame floor assembly    
11 Remove cable ties (3) IMPORTANT Replace cable ties.  
12 Fold plate (2) with E-call control unit (A35/8) to front at side IMPORTANT Do (A35/8) not  disconnect electrical connectors from E-call control unit.  
13 Unscrew nuts (4) of DC/AC converter control unit (N24/3) from plate (2)    
14 Disconnect electrical connectors from DC/ AC converter control unit (N24/3)    
15 Remove DC/AC converter control unit (N24/3)    
16 Install in the reverse order
