The Active Service System PLUS (ASSYST PLUS) is divided into two different levels. On the one hand, the customer level is available to the customer, providing him/her information on service that is due. On the other hand, the service level is available to the service staff, which provides information both on the service scope and date as well as on further special work.

They can also be read out on the workshop level using the workshop code, which encodes all of the service work, and entered into the Workshop Information System (WIS). The workshop code can be re-coded into a maintenance schedule in the WIS.
