	Remove/install
1	Turn steering wheel to center position (front wheels in straight-ahead position)
2	Remove airbag unit from steering wheel (1)		AR91.60-P-0660SX
3	Unscrew countersunk bolt (2) while countering the steering wheel (1)	Installation:  Replace countersunk bolt (2).

4	Detach electrical connectors (3, 4)
5	Remove steering wheel (1), to do so route electrical lines through the opening	Installation:  Assign the recess clearances of the serrations (arrows) in the steering wheel (1) to the markings on the steering shaft.
6	Check the spiral contact coil (A45) for damage	The clock spring contact (A45) must not be turned while the steering wheel (1) is removed otherwise it will be damaged. Visual inspection, if necessary install new clock spring contact (A45):↓ Remove/install clock spring contact	AR46.10-P-0200SX
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Conduct a road test	Tests during the road test: Turn signal reset  When the steering wheel is offset by more than 1 tooth, satisfactory resetting of the turn signal is no longer guaranteed. Airbag indicator lamp  The SRS indicator lamp must not light up on full steering lock in both directions. Steering wheel position (1)  If the steering wheel is crooked, adjust it by max. 1 tooth.
