	Remove/install
1	Lower left and right rear side window
2	Unclip trim strip (2) from sealing rail (1).	Carefully unclip trim strip (2) to prevent deformation requiring replacement.	*110589035900
3	Remove rear passenger compartment side trim panel		AR68.30-P-4780SC
4	Press off outer section of sealing rail (1) from retaining clips (3) on side wall and inner section on sealing rail (1) from inner panel reinforcement.	Carefully press off sealing rail (1) to prevent deformation requiring replacement.

5	Detach sealing rail (1) in front area from side wall and remove.	Installation:  The bonding surface must be absolutely free of grease and dust, otherwise penetrating moisture can lead to corrosion damage. Completely remove adhesive residues from side wall. Removal disk, 100 mm dia. with fixing shank, Firma 3M Deutschland GmbH D-41 453 Neuss Drill (electric/pneumatic)

	Notes on removing glue residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with eraser disc		AH00.00-P-0013-01AK
6.1	Unclip retaining clips (3) from sealing rail (1).	When replacing sealing rail (1).
7.1	Clean bonding surface on sealing rail (1), apply primer and attach new adhesive tape on sealing rail (1).	When reusing sealing rail (1). Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust Observe drying time of primer

8	Install in the reverse order
