	Remove/install
1	Remove door lining	AR72.10-P-1000SC
2	Remove outside mirror
3	Remove cover (4)
4	Unclip trim strip (5) from outer sealing rail (2) with assembly wedge.	Unclip carefully to prevent trim strip (5) from deforming.	*110589035900
5	Unclip outer sealing rail (2) and inner sealing rail (3) from door with assembly wedge.		*110589035900
6	Loosen complete sealing rail (1) in rear area (bonding surface) from door and remove.
7	Remove adhesive residues from door and clean bonding surface with removal disk.	Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust
		Removal disk, 100 mm dia. with fixing shank, Firma 3M Deutschland GmbH D-41453 Neuss Drill (electric/pneumatic)

	Notes on removing glue residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with eraser disc		AH00.00-P-0013-01AK
8.1	Clean bonding surface on complete sealing rail (1), apply primer and install new adhesive tape on complete sealing rail (1).	When reusing complete sealing rail (1).
		Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust Observe drying time of primer

9	Install in the reverse order
