Remove/install tilting/sliding roof motor - AR77.20-P-3010SX

MODEL 216.3, 221.1 

MODEL 221.0 with CODE 414 (Power glass tilting/sliding roof)

	Remove/install
1	Move sliding roof to tilt position "OPEN"	Up to end position.
2	Completely open sliding roof lining
3	Remove left and right rubber bellows from tilting/sliding roof panel	Carefully detach rubber bellows from arrest and then remove tilting/siding roof cover. Rubber bellows can be damaged. Observe installation position of rubber bellows. Do not swap rubber bellows.
4	Loosen headliner in front left area until roof system drive unit (M12) is accessible	MODEL 221.0 with CODE 414 (Power glass tilting/sliding roof) MODEL 221.1 without CODE Z07 (Top protection) Remove/install headliner	AR68.30-P-4300SX
		Remove/install headliner MODEL 216.3 Carefully pull down headliner. Headliner can be damaged.	AR68.30-P-4300SC
5	Unscrew bolts (2) and remove roof system drive unit (M12)	Check position of drive shafts. First position all bolts (2). Then tighten bolts (2) from left to right. Check position of drive shafts; if necessary, adjust by moving drive wedge on lower gate.	AR77.20-P-1400-01SX
		Bolt to sliding roof drive	*BA77.20-P-1001-01J
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Perform teach-in run for sliding roof anti-pinch protection
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
