Installation note for replacing O-rings of the oil cooling line, added

Steps 1, 5

	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Before opening the hydraulic system, thoroughly clean the area surrounding the separation point. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the hydraulic system
	Oil cooling lines (1r, 1z) are divided into two and can be replaced separately
	Left oil cooling line (1z, supply)
1	Unscrew bolt (3z) and pull out left oil cooling line (1z) from transmission (27)	Do not kink or bend left oil cooling line (1z) in order to avoid leaks or damage. Installation  : Install new O-ring.

2	Separate left oil cooling line (1z) at radiator connection line (20z) and pull out	Do not kink or bend left oil cooling line (1z) in order to avoid leaks or damage. Collect gear oil which runs out and seal connection line for radiator (20z) with stop plugs.	AR27.10-P-0501-03CW

3	Detach double clamps (4, 5) from brackets (6, 7)		*BA27.55-P-1005-01D
4	Remove left oil cooling line (1z) to the rear	Do not kink or bend left oil cooling line (1z) in order to avoid leaks or damage.
	Right oil cooling line (1r, return)
5	Remove bolt (3r) and pull right oil cooling line (1r) out of the transmission (27)	Do not kink or bend right oil cooling line (1r), in order to avoid leaks and damage. Installation  : Install new O-ring.

6	Separate right oil cooling line (1r) at radiator connection line (20r) and pull out	Do not kink or bend right oil cooling line (1r), in order to avoid leaks and damage. Collect gear oil which runs out and seal connection line for radiator (20r) with stop plugs.	AR27.10-P-0501-03CW

7	Detach double clamps (4, 5) from brackets (6, 7)		*BA27.55-P-1005-01D
8	Detach bracket (6, 7) from engine oil pan (8)		*BA27.55-P-1003-01D
9	Remove right oil cooling line (1r) to the rear	Do not kink or bend right oil cooling line (1r), in order to avoid leaks and damage.
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Check transmission oil level and correct if necessary		AR27.00-P-0270W
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Perform engine test run and check transmission (27), oil cooling lines (1r, 1z) for leaks
