MODEL all 

WIS documentation on wheel/tire combinations and recommended tire makes has been stopped. This is due to the wide range of information available outside WIS.

Information about permissible wheel/tire combinations as well as tire load capacity and speed rating can still be obtained, for example, as follows:

In the vehicle: 

• Operator's manual incl. supplementary instructions (e.g. Guard)
• Vehicle documents e.g. COC document (EEC conformity certification) or motor vehicle registration certificate (country-specific)

Via online systems: 

• On the Mercedes-Benz website at http://www.mercedes-benz.de  :
• Interactive operating instructions for current model series (under Service and Accessories, Operating Instructions)
• Permissible wheel/tire combinations (under Service and Accessories, Genuine Parts and Accessories, Genuine Accessories, Tires and Rims)
• Vehicle data in VeDoc system

Generally, the permissible tires can also be found out via the Internet portals of the tire manufacturers.
