Remove/install rear axle differential oil cooler line - AR35.31-P-0592CBS
MODEL 204.377 with CODE P98 (Black Series)
Disconnect electrical connector (5). Open lock clamps (1).
Open lock clamps (1)
Remove screw/bolt (3)
Unscrew nut (7)
Unscrew banjo bolt (4) from oil pump. Record plug (Special tool: 129 589 00 91 00).
Unscrew banjo bolts (2, 6) and remove oil cooler lines.
Threaded insert to rear axle differential housing. See BA35.31-P-1005-02H .
Banjo bolt for oil line to threaded chuck. See BA35.31-P-1006-02H .
Banjo bolt for oil hose to oil cooler. See BA35.31-P-1007-02H .
Record plug (Special tool: 129 589 00 91 00).
Install in the reverse order.
Check rear axle differential - Check oil level, correct if necessary. See AR35.31-P-0520-03QBS .
