	Removing
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift	The vehicle must be level, otherwise the rear axle differential (1) will not be properly filled. An incorrect oil filling quantity can result in personal injury or damage to property or the environment.
	Clean
2	Clean area surrounding drain screw (1a) and filler plug (1e)	Cleaner from package	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Unscrew filler plug (1e)
4	Remove drain screw (1a) and drain oil from rear axle differential (1)
	Clean
5	Clean new drain screw (1a) and threaded hole in rear axle differential (1)	To prevent leakage, always install a new drain screw (1a) to replace the one removed. Loctite 7063 cleaning spray (150 ml)	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
	Install
6	Insert new drain screw (1a) into rear axle differential (1) and tighten	Coat a droplet of sealant on the third thread from the bottom and mount the new drain screw (1a) immediately.	*BA35.31-P-1003-02H
		Omnifit 100H cleaning compound	*BR00.45-Z-1061-01A
7	Pour oil into the rear axle differential (1)	Fill oil up to lower edge of filler hole. Allow excess oil to flow off. An incorrect oil filling quantity can result in personal injury or damage to property or the environment.

	Clean
8	Clean new filler plug (1e) and filler bore in rear axle differential (1)	In order to avoid leaks, the filling screw (1e) must be replaced each time it is removed. Loctite 7063 cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
9	Insert and tighten new filler plug (1e) in rear axle differential (1)	Coat a droplet of sealant on the third thread from the bottom and mount the new filler plug (1e) immediately.	*BA35.31-P-1002-02H
