Assemble welding device (01) 

The following steps are shown for use of welding device (01) on left side of vehicle and must be performed analogously on right of vehicle.

1. Install spacer sleeves (01l) in base plate (01e) and screw tight with bolts (01k).

   The position of the spacer sleeves (01l) depends on the embossment of the vehicle model designation (model 204 or 212) on the base plate (01e) (arrows). On model 207, use embossment of vehicle model designation 204. On model 218, use embossment of vehicle model designation 212.

2. Screw rear longitudinal member extension (01a) to base plate (01e) with bolt (01c).
3. Screw front longitudinal member extension (01b) to base plate (01e) with bolt (01d).

1. 4.1 Screw mounting bracket (01f) to front longitudinal member extension (01b) with bolt (01g).

   Use mounting bracket (01f) only on model 204 and model 207.

2. 4.2 Screw mounting bracket (02a) to rear longitudinal member extension (01a) with bolts (02g).

   Use angle bracket (02a) only on model 212 and 218.

   Install welding device (01) 

   The following steps are shown on model 204 on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage as well as on model 207, 212 and 218.

3. 5 Install welding device (01) and fix in place with spacer sleeves (01l).
4. 6 Fasten welding device (01) with nuts (01m).

5. 7 Screw front longitudinal member extension (01b) to front longitudinal member with bolt (01h).

   Use support plate (01i) when front module is removed.

6. 8 Screw rear longitudinal member extension (01a) to rear longitudinal member with bolt (01j).
