Prepare rear panoramic glass roof for installation - AR77.21-P-0600-02CW

Do not touch bonding surfaces with bare fingers. The bonding surfaces on the inside of the rear glass cover (1) must be free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components, otherwise the adhesive force of the glued connection is impaired.

1. Check rear glass cover (1) for damage.
2. Install cup suction tool on outer side of rear glass cover (1) and lay rear glass cover (1) down to suitable subsurface with inside pointing upward Cup suction tool
3. Apply cleaner with part of cleaning cloth to bonding surfaces on inside of rear glass cover (1) and wipe with remaining cleaning cloth.

   Allow cleaner to dry completely. Use cleaning cloth from repair kit.

4. Uniformly apply primer uniformly to bonding surfaces on inside of rear glass cover (1).

Observe processing instructions for primer to prevent adhesion problems with the adhesive material when installing the window.

Do not apply primer to uncoated glass field (2). This primer layer remains visible after installation.
