Install panoramic rear glass roof - AR77.21-P-0600-06CW

Install rear glass cover (1) within 5 min. after applying adhesive to body and align, otherwise adhesion force of glue will be impaired.

Carefully remove contamination caused by adhesive immediately.

1. Position rear glass cover (1) above panoramic roof frame with aid of helper, carefully lay onto adhesive bead and lightly press on.
2. Insert feeler gauges (2) adjusted to the gap dimension (A) determined before removal, between rear glass cover (1) and rear-end window (3) and align rear glass cover (1)..

   On model 204.2/9 the feeler gauges (2) are installed between the rear glass cover (1) and rear roof paneling.

3. Adjust reference dimension (B) determined before removal on left and right side of panoramic roof between guide rail (4) and guide strip (5) by moving rear glass cover (1) at side.

   Precisely keep reference dimension (B), otherwise the front glass roof is not guided correctly and the panoramic roof can be damaged.

4. Place suitable loads on rear glass cover (1) during curing time of adhesive.

   Use weights with large surface, e.g. sandbags, otherwise the rear glass cover (1) can be damaged.

5. Remove cup suction tool.
