Insert front glass cover (1) within 5 minutes after applying adhesive to body and align.

Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material may be decreased.

1. Position front glass cover (1) above roof cutout with aid of helper and carefully set down on adhesive bead and press down lightly.
2. Align front glass cover (1) in relation to windshield (2) and front glass roof (3) according to gap dimensions (A, B) determined during removal.
   NOTE: Observe transitions (C). The front glass cover (1) must be flush on the left and right with the glass roof (3).
3. The insert feeler gauges (4) adjusted to gap dimension (A) between front glass cover (1) and windshield (2).
   NOTE: The feeler gauges (4) serve as spacers during the curing time of the adhesive.
4. Carefully remove cup suction tool. Cup suction tool/suspension equipment (for window removal/installation).
5. Place suitable loads on front glass cover (1) during the curing time of the adhesive.
   NOTE: Use weights with large surface such as sandbags. Otherwise the front glass cover (1) can be damaged.
