Corrosion influences resulting from water condensation and other moisture present act in hollow cavities in the bodies.
The use of highly penetrating waxes (creeping characteristics) ensures that the inner surfaces of hollow cavities as well as gaps and weld seams are coated uniformly, therefore preventing possible corrosion.
The cavity preservation is accomplished as required for the specific model with the aid of automatically controlled high pressure spraying equipment or fully automatic wax preservation systems.
The electronic control (PLS = Pulse Limit Quantities Spray) of the preservation system ensures that the optimum quantity is applied in each vehicle.
This ensures uniform coating as well as continuous quality.
