2	Lock Audio/COMAND display (A40/8)	If the previously unlocked Audio/COMAND display (A40/8) is reinstalled. A defective and unlocked Audio/ COMAND display (A40/8) cannot be locked again when it is installed. If the unlocked Audio/COMAND display (A40/8) can be opened and closed again automatically, e.g. because an external fault occurred, the Audio/COMAND display (A40/8) must be connected to the wiring harness and electrically closed before being reinstalled. Then push the emergency unlocking slide (1) forward fully in the direction of the arrow and electrically open the Audio/COMAND display (A40/8). The Audio/COMAND display (A40/8) can now be reinstalled.
