	Remove/install
Danger!	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
Danger!	Risk of injury  due to hands being crushed when window glass is not secure	Secure window to prevent it from falling down.	AS67.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Loosen left and right crank window (2), completely push upward and secure against falling down with suitable adhesive tape (3).		AR72.12-P-1910CW
2	Remove outside door handle
3	Take off gaskets (4)
4	Loosen bolts (5), push bearing bracket (6) toward front and unhook
5	Release connector (arrow), disconnect left rear door electrical connector (X35/3) and right rear door electrical connector (X35/4) and lay door wiring harness (7) toward inside into rear door (8)
6	Unclip grommet (9) and pull door wiring harness (7) out of rear door (8)
7	Remove bolts (10)		*BA72.12-P-1005-01O
8	Cut rivet heads out of rivets (11)		Fig 3

		Fasten door module (1) to rear door (8) with rivets (11). Rechargeable drill/screwdriver 1 Hand riveting tool 0
9	Detach door module (1) from rear door (8) and remove	Do not bend door module (1). Replace door module (1) if bent.	Fig 2
10	Press out any pieces of rivet remaining in the inner door panel.		Fig 5
11	Completely remove rivet residues and drilling chips from rear door (8). Remove all rivet residue. Remaining rivet residues cause corrosion damage on rear door (8). Wet/dry vacuum cleaner 0
12	Install in the reverse order
