Check wiper arms - AR82.30-P-6000-01CW
Remove adapter (B) and
angle gauge (A) from the
adjustment tool set.
Insert adapter (B) into the guide (arrow) of the
angle gauge (A) and fasten with knurled bolt to
angle gauge (A).
Shown on model 204.0, driver-side wiper arm (1) in reverse position
Slide adapter (B) with the
angle gauge (A) onto the wiper blade mount of the driver-side wiper arm (1).
- Lower driver-side wiper arm (1) until all three jacking points of the
angle gauge foot (A) touch the windshield.
- Read angle of incidence of driver-side wiper arm (1) on the dial of the
angle gauge (A) and record.
- Raise driver-side wiper arm (1) and remove
adapter (B) with
angle gauge (A).
- Repeat testing procedure for front passenger side wiper arm.
- Raise driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm, cover up using suitable aids (scratch protection) and place on windshield.
When changing from reverse position to parked position it has to be observed that the driver-side wiper arm (1) and the passenger-side wiper arm do not have any direct contact to the windshield to prevent it from being scratched.
- Set wiper system to parked position and remove aids (scratch protection) from driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm.

Slide angle gauge (A) onto the wiper blade mount of the driver-side wiper arm (1).
- Lower driver-side wiper arm (1) until all three jacking points of the
angle gauge foot (A) touch the windshield.
- Read angle of incidence of driver-side wiper arm (1) on the dial of the
angle gauge (A) and record.
Remove angle gauge (A) together with
adapter (B) from driver-side wiper arm (1).
- Repeat testing procedure for front passenger side wiper arm.
