Remove/install rear seat cushion - AR91.12-P-1020CW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Move both front seats forwards    
2 Pull rear seat cushion (1) upwards out of the guide sleeves (arrows A) For vehicles without code (248) Rear seat with integrated child seat  
3 Extend child seat cushions (4) For vehicles with code (248) Rear seat with integrated child seat  
4 Remove left and right footrests (5) For vehicles with code (248) Rear seat with integrated child seat
IMPORTANT At the marks (arrows B) on the footrests (5) insert a suitable screwdriver, alternately push back the catch hooks (arrows C), then remove the footrests (5) horizontally from the seat frame (7).
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Insert guides (arrows D) of footrests (5) into the cutouts (arrows E) of the seat frame (7).
 
5 Remove bolts (6) on left and right seat frame (7) of rear seat cushion (1) For vehicles with code (248) Rear seat with integrated child seat
TORQUE SPECIFICATION
*BA91.12-P-1010-03I 
6 Push rear seat cushion (1) far enough back to enable the retaining brackets on the bottom of the rear seat cushion (1) to be extended from the mounts (2) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check for correct seating of retaining brackets in mounts (2).  
7 Remove rear seat cushion (1) NOTES Carefully remove rear seat cushion (1) from vehicle. Otherwise components in vehicle interior or at rear doors will be damaged.
NOTESInstallation:  Note routing and fastening of electrical wiring harness (3) in front of mounts (2). Otherwise the electrical wiring harness (3) will be damaged.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Pay attention to position of center seat belt buckle.
 
8 Install in the reverse order
