Install front glass cover - AR77.21-P-7010-05CW

Install front glass cover (1) within 5 minutes after applying adhesive to body and align before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.

Immediately and carefully remove soiling caused by adhesive.

Position front glass cover (1) above roof cutout with aid of helper and carefully set down on adhesive bead and press down lightly.

Align front glass cover (1) in relation to windshield (2) and front glass roof (3) according to gap dimensions (A, B).
Observe transitions (C). The front glass cover (1) must be flush on the left and right with the front glass roof (3)
Insert feeler gauges (4) adjusted to gap dimension (A) between front glass cover (1) and windshield (2).
The feeler gauges (4) serve as spacers during the curing time of the adhesive.
Carefully remove cup suction tool.
Place suitable loads on front glass cover (1) during the curing time of the adhesive.
Use weights with large surface, e.g. sandbags, otherwise the front glass cover (1) can be damaged.
