5	Remove expansion clip (8) and unclip water collector (9) from windshield (1)
6	Place water collector (9) with connected lines to side
7	Loosen inside rearview mirror and allow electrical lines to hang down
8	Remove rain/light sensor (B38/2)		AR82.30-P-7800CW
9	Remove multifunction camera		AR54.21-P-3000EW
10	Cover dashboard with suitable protective cover
	Risk of injury  due to tear or warming up of cutting wire and through glass splinters when cutting out glued windows	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
11	Cut out windshield (1) with Roll out 2004 window removal tool and remove	Aid of helper required to remove windshield (1) from body flange. Roll out window removal tool Suction lifting device	AR67.10-P-1000-11SX
	Install
12	Prepare body flange for installation of window	The bonding area must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease when installing window.	AR67.10-P-1501-01CW
	General notes about painting the body flange in the glazing area	Pay attention to notes concerning the preparation of new parts such as the A-pillar, the roof or the side walls. Wet and dry vacuum cleaner	AH98.00-P-9408-06A

14	Install upper seal strip on windshield (1)
15	Prepare windshield (1) for glazing	The gluing area on windshield (1) must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease when installing window.	AR67.10-P-1000-03CW

16	Open driver-side window	The side window in the driver door must be open during the curing time of the adhesive material. This prevents the windshield (1) from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when a door is closed.
17	Apply adhesive material	Install windshield (1) within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material to body flange. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease. Uniformly apply adhesive bead at a height of approx. 13 mm. Cartridge gun	AR67.10-P-1000-08CW

18	Install windshield (1) and fasten with suitable adhesive tape	Aid of helper required. The curing time is approx. 2 h measured from the time the windshield (1) is installed. Suction lifting device	AR67.10-P-1503-01CW

20	Fasten inside rearview mirror
21	Install water collector (9)
22.1	Clip in left and right trim frame (2) from top to bottom	Model 204.0/3 with code (413) Panoramic sliding roof Model 204.2/9 Ensure that trim frame (2) is seated correctly in clips (3).
22.2	Clip in left and right drip rail (4) from front toward rear	Model 204.0/3 without code (413) Panoramic sliding roof Ensure that drip rail (4) is seated correctly in clips (3). Ensure that clips (5) are seated correctly on roof paneling.
23	Install driver-side wiper arm (6) and passenger-side wiper arm (7)		AR82.30-P-6100CW
24	Remove protective cover from instrument panel
25	Clean windshield (1)	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1007-04A
26	Initialize rain/light sensor with STAR DIAGNOSIS	For this purpose, the engine hood and the driver door must be closed.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
