Notes on remove/install rear window - AH67.20-P-2000-01T

Model 166, 169, 170, 171, 197.3, 202, 203, 204, 207, 209, 210, 211.0/2, 212, 216.3, 218, 219, 221.0/1, 230.4, 240, 245.2 

• Mask areas around rear window with suitable textile adhesive tape to prevent damaging the vehicle paintwork when cutting out.
• Allow primer to air dry for 10 min. to avoid negative effects to the adhesive action of the glue.
• Model 203.0/2: Cut silicon semiconductors for ground connection and replace when installing. Use new clips when installing water repellent.
• The side window in the driver door must be opened during the curing time to prevent the rear window from being pressed out by the air when the doors are closed.
• Install rear window on body flange within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.
