Prepare front glass cover for installation - AR77.21-P-7010-03CW

Do not touch bonding surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1) with bare fingers. They must be free of dust, oil, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components. Otherwise the strength of the bonded connections can be decreased.

1. Check front glass cover (1) for damage.
2. Install cup suction tool on outer side of front glass cover (1) and lay front glass cover (1) down to suitable subsurface with inside pointing upward. Cup suction tool/suspension equipment (for window removal/installation)
3. Apply cleaner with part of cleaning cloth to bonding surface on inside of front glass cover (1) and wipe with remaining cleaning cloth.
   NOTE: Allow cleaner to dry completely. Use cleaner and cleaning cloth and repair kit.
4. Uniformly apply primer uniformly to bonding surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1).
   NOTE: Observe processing notes to primer. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease when installing window.
   NOTE: Do not apply primer to uncoated glass field (2). This primer layer remains visible after installation.
