Remove/install telescoping nozzle for headlamp cleaning system - AR82.15-P-6100CW

MODEL 204.0 /2, 207, 212 with CODE (600) Headlamp cleaning system

25.5.09 "Remove front bumper" added Step 2.3
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1 Lift vehicle on lifting platform.    
2.1 Unfasten washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system and push to side with lines connected When removing left telescopic nozzle (1). AR82.35-P-6000CW 
2.2 Detach front section of fender liner in right front fender far enough until the telescopic nozzle (1) can be removed Except model 212.077/277, when removing right telescopic nozzle (1).  
2.3 Remove front bumper Model 212.077/277, when removing right telescopic nozzle (1). AR88.20-P-2000EW
3 Unclip air filter of stationary heater unit and push to one side Model 212 with code (228) Stationary heater, when removing right telescopic nozzle (1).  
4 Disconnect washing water hose (6) with clamp SPECIAL TOOL Fig 2
5 Detach hose coupling (7) with washer fluid hose (6) from telescopic nozzle (1)    
6 Open flap of headlamp cleaning system in front bumper    
7 Unscrew bolt (2) IMPORTANT The screw (2) remains in the left front lamp unit (E1) or right front lamp unit (E2).  
8 Release catch hook (3) and slide left and right telescopic nozzles (1) to the rear    
9 Remove telescopic nozzle (1) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check that journals (4, 5) on telescopic nozzle (1) are correctly seated in guides on left front lamp unit (E1) or right front lamp unit (E2).  
10 Install in the reverse order    
11 Check spray nozzle setting of headlamp cleaning system, adjust if necessary Model 204 AP82.30-P-8252CW
