Remove/install bulbs of headlamp unit - AR82.10-P-1201CW

DANGER Risk of death  caused by high voltage at xenon headlamps. Risk of explosion/risk of fire  caused by highly flammable materials in the vicinity of damaged xenon bulbs. Risk of injury  caused by UV light, hot components at xenon headlamps and glass splinters produced by bursting xenon bulbs. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhalation of mercury vapors and by toxic salts and mercury compounds being ingested or coming into contact with skin Do not come into contact with parts that are under high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants  (e.g. heart pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off entire lighting system. Wear insulated safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area. AS82.10-Z-0001-01A
NOTES Do not touch the glass bulb elements of the bulbs with fingers, but use a soft cloth free of oil and grease; otherwise the bulbs can be damaged by overheating during operation    
NOTES Before changing a bulb, switch off the exterior lights in order to avoid a short circuit    
IMPORTANT Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit IMPORTANT KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only for vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go.  
E1e1, E2e1 Left high beam, right high beam IMPORTANT Remove housing cover (5), remove high beam socket (9).
Pull left high beam (E1e1) or right high beam (E2e1) out of the high beam socket (9).
 
E1e2, E2e2 Left low beam, right low beam For vehicles without code (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit or without code (622) Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic).
IMPORTANT Remove housing cover (1), remove low beam socket.
Remove left low beam (E1e2) or right low beam (E2e2) from low beam socket.
 
E1e3, E2e3 Left front standing and parking lights, right front standing and parking lights IMPORTANT Remove housing cover (3), pull out standing and parking lights socket (7). Pull left front standing and parking lights (E1e3) or right front standing and parking lights (E2e3) out of standing and parking lights socket (7).  
E1e5, E2e5 Left front turn signal light, right front turn signal light IMPORTANT Remove turn signal light socket (2). Remove left front turn signal light (E1e5) or right front turn signal light (E2e5) from turn signal light socket (2).  
E1e10, E2e10 Left xenon bulb with integrated ignition module, right xenon bulb with integrated ignition module For vehicles with code (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit or code (622) Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic).
IMPORTANT Remove housing cover (1), release mounting clip, pull out left xenon bulb with integrated ignition module (E1e10) or right xenon bulb with integrated ignition module (E2e10) and detach electrical connector (6).
 
E1e12, E2e12 Left front standing light 2, right front standing light 2 IMPORTANT Remove housing cover (4), pull out standing lights socket (8).
Remove left front standing light 2 (E1e12) or right front standing light 2 (E2e12) from standing light socket (8).
