Remove/install shield at transmission - AR27.40-P-0700-01V

HOUSING

BA27.40-P-1014-01A Bolt, heat shield to transmission housing Nm 9 6
BA27.40-P-1019-01A Bolt, leaf spring to transmission housing Nm 5 8
  1. Unscrew bolt (1) and remove shield (2) downwards.
  2. Press tie strap (4) out of shield (2) and remove shield (2).

    IMPORTANTInstallation:  Shield (2) must be located under leaf springs (3).

    IMPORTANT The leaf springs (3) must be modified when the transmission is replaced.
