Prepare wheelhouse with front longitudinal member for installation - AR62.20-P-1856-02V

  1. Punch dia. 7 mm holes on wheelhouse with front longitudinal member (areas A, B, C and D).
  2. Grind shaded area around holes down to bare metal with COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS round wire brush.
  3. Grind connection surfaces on wheelhouse with front longitudinal member in shaded areas down to bare metal with COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS round wire brush.

    IMPORTANT Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

  4. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

  5. Grind connection surfaces on wheelhouse with front longitudinal member in shaded areas down to bare metal with COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS round wire brush.

    IMPORTANT Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

  6. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
