  1. Install front cross member (2) with center support (3) fit and fasten with straightening tool and COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS clamping pliers.
  2. Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes in front cross member (2) and center support (3) (areas A, B, C, D and E).
  3. Remove front cross member (2) and center support (3).
  4. Deburr rivet holes on both sides
  5. Apply primer to inside of rivet connections
  6. Install front cross member (2) with center support (3), fit and fasten with straightening tool, COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS manual temporary fastener and COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS clamping pliers.
  7. Weld in front cross member (2) and center support (3) with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas F, G, H, I, J and K).
  8. Clean spot welds with COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS round wire brush (areas G, H, I, J and K).
  9. Coat inside of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.

  10. Rivet front cross member (2) and center support (3) with Polygrip flat/round head rivet, 6.4 x 14 (areas A, B, C, D and E).

  11. Install front cross member cover (1) in front cross member (2), fit and fasten with COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS clamping pliers.
  12. Weld in front cross member cover (1) with front cross member (2) with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas L and M).
  13. Remove straightening tool.
  14. Remove grinding and drilling chips with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  15. Remove mounted tools
