Balancing wheels - AR40.10-P-1040GZ

DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
NOTES Information on tires/rims   AH40.10-P-9411-01A
1 Remove balance weight with retaining clamp (43a) IMPORTANT If there are several balance weights with retaining clamp, all of them should be removed.  
SPECIAL TOOL Mounting tool Figure
2 Remove self-adhesive balance weight (43b, 43c) IMPORTANT If there are several self-adhesive balance weights, all of them should be removed.

3.1 Clean disk wheel IMPORTANT If necessary.  
4.1 Mounting centering sleeve When the centering sleeve is not already mounted. AR40.10-P-1040-01A

COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Conversion kit *WH58.30-Z-1003-18A 
5 Fasten disk wheel on steady-state balancing machine IMPORTANT Observe information provided by balancing machine manufacturer.  
6 Balance disk wheel IMPORTANT Observe information provided by balancing machine manufacturer.
IMPORTANT The disk wheel may only feature a maximum of 5 g residual imbalance.
 
7 Detach disk wheel from the steady-state balancing machine    
8.1 Balance the other disk wheels as per the same procedure IMPORTANT If necessary.
