	Remove/install
	Notes on avoiding damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1.1	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and buffer the default data from the instrument cluster (A1) in STAR DIAGNOSIS	When installing new instrument cluster (A1). Transfer the cached basic data to the new instrument cluster (A1).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04TX
		STAR DIAGNOSIS, diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
2	Remove cover from instrument cluster (A1)		AR68.10-P-1550TX
3	Remove bolts (1)	Bolts (1) remain in instrument cluster (A1).
4	Place rag (2) on steering column and on wood trim of instrument panel	If no rag (2) is used, wood trim on instrument panel could be damaged when instrument cluster (A1) is being removed.
5	Pull instrument cluster (A1) out of instrument panel until electrical connector (3) is accessible
6	Unplug electrical connector (3) and remove instrument cluster (A1)
7	Install in the reverse order
