	Removing
1	Assemble head restraint (1) to be removed
2	Unclip coverings (2)		*110589035900
3	Push down left and right release levers (3) using a suitable tool and remove head restraint (1) from head restraint mechanism
	Install
4	Insert head restraint (1) into head restraint mechanism	Head restraint (1) must latch audibly on both sides.
5	Assemble head restraint (1) and clip in coverings (2)
