Processing zinc dust paint before painting - AR97.20-P-0500-01CW

Zinc dust paint serves for preventing corrosion on welds, sheet metal contact points and surfaces, which cannot be painted or are difficult to paint following assembly. Do not use zinc dust paint for paintwork of exterior vehicle surface.

1. Thoroughly clean body panels to be painted.

   All bare sheet metal parts must be completely clean and free of rust, oil and wax.

2. Uniformly apply zinc dust paint with brush or paint spray gun.

   Maintain drying time of zinc dust paint before overpainting.
