Remove/install washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system (MODEL 204.9) - AR82.35-P-6000CY

	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood
2	Remove clip (2)
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
3	Lift vehicle on lifting platform.
4	Remove front section of fender liner in left front fender
5	Unclip washer fluid hose (8) from washer fluid reservoir (1)
6	Unclip electrical wiring harness (9) from washer fluid reservoir (1)
7	Unclip windshield washer system pump (M5/1) and place to one side with lines connected	Collect washer fluid which flows out. Installation:  Check seal of windshield washer system pump (M5/1) and replace if necessary.

8	Detach electrical connector (6) from headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2)	For vehicles with code (600) Headlamp cleaning system
9	Disconnect hose coupling (12) of washer fluid hose (13) from headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2)	For vehicles with code (600) Headlamp cleaning system
10	Unclip washer fluid hose (13) from washer fluid reservoir (1)	For vehicles with code (600) Headlamp cleaning system
11	Unclip and remove headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2)	For vehicles with code (600) Headlamp cleaning system Installation:  Check gasket (14) and replace if necessary.

12	Remove screw/bolt (3) from washer fluid reservoir (1)
13	Detach electrical connector (4) from windshield washer system fluid level switch (S42)
14	Remove screw/bolt (5) from washer fluid reservoir (1)
15	Lower washer fluid reservoir (1)	Installation:  Insert pin (11) of washer fluid reservoir (1) into bracket (10).
16	Unclip heat exchanger cover (7) from washer fluid reservoir (1) and guide heat exchanger out of washer fluid reservoir (1)	In vehicles with code (875) heated windshield washer system Installation:  Check seal of heat exchanger cover (7) and replace if necessary. Ensure gasket is correctly installed.

17	Take off washer fluid reservoir (1)
18	Install in the reverse order
19	Fill washer fluid reservoir (1)		AP82.35-P-8210CW
