Install and weld in bottom rear center section - AR64.20-P-1000-08V

  1. Install rear fender, tubular frame with trunk lid, taillamps, spacers, striker eye and fit.
  2. Check and adjust gaps:

    Rear fender to taillamp (U) Trunk lid to rear fender (F) Trunk lid to taillamp (M)

    IMPORTANT Use feeler gage.

  3. Fasten rear center section with clamping pliers.
  4. Remove tubular frame with trunk lid, taillamps, spacers and striker eye.

  5. Weld in rear center section (1) with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas A, B and C).
  6. Weld in rear center section (1) with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (area D).

  7. Weld in rear center section (1) with SHIELDED GAS SEAM WELD (area E).
