Function of headlamp cleaning system telescopic nozzles - GF82.15-P-2100-04SK

Function 

After pressing the HCS switch (S1s1) and actuation of the HCS pump (M5/2), pressure builds up in the washing water line. Driven by the water pressure, the telescopic nozzles first move to the cleaning position.

Then another pressure increase opens a valve at each telescopic nozzle and a precisely metered quantity of washing water is sprayed onto the left front lamp unit (E1) and the right front lamp unit (E2). Then the telescopic nozzles are moved back to their starting positions with the aid of return springs.
