The Vario roof can be stopped at any intermediate position while opening or closing. These intermediate positions can be secured by shortening or extending the support (1)

1. Switch on ignition and actuation Vario roof actuation switch until Vario roof has reached intermediate position

1. 2.1 Secure intermediate position of Vario roof. For this purpose install support (1) at right mount for front lock (3) and right lock outer section (2) on Vario roof outer section (4) If the right lock outer section (2) or the front lock or the Vario roof front section (4) is not removed
2. 3.1 Separate front and rear section of support (1) from another and reassemble turned approx. 90°

   If it is necessary to remove the right lock outer section (2) or front lock or the Vario roof front section (4)

3. 4.1 Secure intermediate position of Vario roof. For this purpose install support (1) on right main guide arm (5) of Vario roof and right mount for front lock (3)

   If it is necessary to remove the right lock outer section (2) or front lock or the Vario roof front section (4)

4. 5 Switch off ignition.
