Remove/install telescoping nozzle for headlamp cleaning system - AR82.15-P-6100V

MODEL 171.4 with CODE (600a) Headlamp cleaning system

	Removal/installation
1	Open cover (2)	Open cover (2) carefully otherwise the paintwork of the front bumper and the cover (2) could be damaged.
2	Unscrew bolt (3).	Use a bar magnet to prevent screw (3) from falling.
3	Release telescopic nozzle (1) from bracket of left front lamp unit (E1) and right front lamp unit (E2) with a suitable screwdriver and push out towards the rear	Installation:  Slide telescopic nozzle (1) into bracket of left front lamp unit (E1) and right front lamp unit (E2) from the rear and engage.
4	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling at front		AR61.20-P-1105V
5	Remove telescopic nozzle (1) from below and disconnect from washer fluid hose (4)	Installation:  Ensure that washer fluid hose (4) is correctly seated on the telescopic nozzle (1).
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Check headlamp cleaning system for proper function
