- Glue one layer of felt tape to the bottom of the GPS antenna (A2/23).
Do not glue felt tape onto the covering foil (top of antenna).
- Wind felt tape around antenna line (2) of GPS antenna (A2/23).
- Wind felt tape around adapter line (1).
Adapter line (1) will be connected later to antenna line (2).
- Remove covering foil from GPS antenna (A2/23).

- Glue GPS antenna (A2/23) onto the right side of the instrument cluster panel.
Opening of GPS antenna (A2/23) has to face windshield.
- Route antenna line (2) along existing lines into radio recess and fix into position using felt strips (4).
Antenna line (2) will be fixed into position at a later point in time together with a red line.
- Connect adapter line (1) to antenna line (2).
Must catch audibly.
- Wind felt tape around connector (3).
The blue connector (5) of the adapter line (1) is coded and will be connected later to the radio and navigation unit (A2/56) or COMAND operating, display and control unit (40/3).
