Remove/install washer fluid reservoir heat exchanger - AR82.35-P-6006V

MODEL 171.4 with CODE (875) Heated windshield washer system

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray.
Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant.
Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
 
1 Remove washer fluid reservoir   AR82.35-P-6000V 
2 Pinch off heating water hoses (2) with clamps (3) CAUTION Fig 2
3 Separate connectors (4) with the detaching tool (5) at the hot water hoses (2) SPECIAL TOOL Fig 3
4 Remove heat exchanger (1)    
5 Install in the reverse order    
6 Correct engine coolant level and check cooling system for leaks. Engine 113.989  
    Engine 271.944, 272.942/963 AR20.00-P-1010V
