Attaching engine supporting frame and lifting engine - AR33.10-P-0100-01R

NOTES Do not damage fender paint. Do not overstretch coolant lines, do not trap any cables and lines.

  1. Unclip the cover on the front face of the engine.
  2. COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Mount engine support frame (1) with its supports on the inner flanges of the fenders on the right and left (arrows) and position the support plate (2) on the radiator crossmember (3).
  3. COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Align the engine support frame (1) horizontally.

  4. Engage shackle in the front engine suspension eye at the air pump.
  5. Detach the bracket (30m) of the high pressure line (30i) on the oil pan.
  6. Lift engine.
