  1. Install rear longitudinal member with bracket, fasten with clamping pliers and straightening set

    IMPORTANT Install spacer (Z) between bracket and straightening tool.

  2. Bracket to rear longitudinal member REFER TO SHOP-MADE TOOLS .

    IMPORTANT Tack weld as far as accessible. Complete resistance spot welding after removing straightening tool.

  3. Weld in rear longitudinal member with SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (area A).
  4. Weld in rear longitudinal member with REFER TO SHOP-MADE TOOLS (areas B, C and D).
  5. Remove straightening tools.
  6. Weld in bracket with rear longitudinal member with REFER TO SHOP-MADE TOOLS (area E).

  7. Install rear crossmember (1), fasten with straightening set.
  8. Install rear crossmember with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (area F).

    IMPORTANT Tack weld as far as accessible. Complete resistance spot welding after removing straightening tool.

  9. Install rear crossmember with REFER TO SHOP-MADE TOOLS (areas G and H).
